Handling of trays with label application To respond to the specific request of our customer operating in the food sector, we have designed a solution for handling trays with the application of a personalized label. Our customer's need was to print and apply small-format labels on stacked trays, recreating the same stack after labelling phase.

Result

Thanks to the expertise of our technical department, we have created an unstacking group where, during the tray handling phase, the pneumatic cylinder of the system applies the label previously prepared by the printing unit our machine is equipped with. The trays, once labelled, go back to being stacked for easy management by the operator. Great success of this solution which is now used in various production areas.
