The conception of this labelling line was born from the specific need of the Customer who was looking for a suitable solution for the application of a body label on metal and plastic bucket.

Rotation groups

The difficulty was obviously not the precision of the application of the label but the rotation of the bucket due to the presence of a mobile handle and its studs. The solution was to equip the labelling line with two rotation groups: the first one suitable to allow the application on the can body; the second one to accompany the handle during the rotation phase.

Result

The synchronization of the two systems avoided that the handle and studs could compromise the application, thus making the continuity and reliability of the labelling process possible.
