The textile industry, which is a fundamental component of the Italian and European manufacturing sector, needs to manage very special packaging.

Double labelling inside reels

Following the specific request of an important national yarn industry, we have studied and manufactured a double PRINT AND APPLY system equipped with two pneumatic cylinders with 350mm stroke, suitable for the application of labels inside reels placed on double level packaging.

Result

Thanks to the synchronized movement of the two pneumatic cylinders, the pads apply the labels directly inside the core of the reels, respecting the point of application required by the customer.
