Labelling Lines

BASIC LINE is born to respond to an ever-growing market need that requires specific labelling systems, with high performance and limited investments. Easy to use and suitable for all production sectors, especially food, chemicals and cosmetics.

Labelling system for self-adhesive labels, with stepper motors. Suitable to apply body or wrap-around labels on cylindrical products in plastic, glass or cans.

The structure is equipped with:

  • slat conveyor
  • spacer products to be labelled
  • shelf 400 x 400mm for the accumulation of labelled products
  • protective frame with aluminium structure and polycarbonate panels

The system is available both in the RIGHT and LEFT version.

APPLY LINE BASIC , available for applying pre-printed labels with paper passage from 10 to 130 mm max, equipped with a 3-roller system for correct wrapping application.

Optional

  • Photocells to detect transparent products (glass – PET)
  • Overprint with Ink-Jet marking unit
  • Ultrasonic sensor for transparent labels
