This high-level company in the food world has requested a solution for the application of a label on trays. And that’s all well and good, but the peculiarity of the application lies in the application of a single label on 3 sides, with a "no stop" productivity and therefore in a continuous cycle.

Continuous cycle application

To meet the customer's needs while respecting the required hourly output and application accuracy, we have created lines equipped with 2 and 4 labelling heads that alternate in the application. Specifically, thanks to a vision system, when one or more reels finish their labels, the other applicators automatically come into action and continue the labelling cycle, thus giving the operator time to restore the line with the new reel without stopping the productive cycle.
