We want to give an example of the integration of our labelling systems by presenting the solution installed at our customer’s plant who operates in the cosmetic sector.

Small size label

The company, our long-time customer, required a device for applying a label on nail polish bottle cap. The peculiarity of the system is given by the construction of the labelling machine structure and the length of the blade that "enters" the carousel of the packaging system to apply the small-sized label in the exact position required. The labelling system is equipped with an overprint unit for marking variable data.

Result

The integration of the labelling system has allowed the completion of the automation of the packaging cycle.
