Paint sector again but with a different need: the application of two transparent labels on tin and plastic cans.

Having large labels and therefore with all the problems of precision and linearity of application that certain formats can give, a line equipped with two labelling heads would not have been enough. Our technical department has therefore designed a pneumatic cylinder equipped with an air pressure regulator unit to control the label adaptation force.

Result

Thanks to this system, we have obtained a uniform result, without wrinkles and without bubbles.
