Semi-automatic labelling units
Designed for industrial environments, DWR is a semi-automatic distributor of self-adhesive labels on a roll, completely in steel, simple to use, versatile for each type of label normally used, suitable to satisfy the requests of small productions.
Available in two versions: 100 mm and 200 mm width. The detection of the label is done through two sensors which, managed by a microprocessor and working in self-learning, automatically recognize the difference in transparency between the label and the backing paper, presenting it for manual picking by the operator.
The control board also allows, at the end of the reel or in the event of a paper break, to stop the rotation of the motor by signalling the anomaly with a sound signal. An electromechanical sensor is case of transparent labels and a pre-set counter are available.
