RW Label Rewinders
REWINDER series has been created to meet the increasing need to rewind labels on reels.
RW and RWR Rewinders /Unwinders are appropriate for industrial use, sturdy, completely steel, equipped with a large support base for a stable connection to the printer.
Available in 120 mm, 140 mm and 230 mm width versions. The expanding mandrel allows to use label reels with internal Ø from 40 to 110 mm and to rewind reels up to an external Ø of 300 mm.
An innovative system for detecting the position of the tensioner arm allows to perfectly follow the speed of the printer avoiding paper tearing or continuous stops.
It's possible to rewind clockwise or counterclockwise and select the maximum speed range you want to achieve.
Powered at 230 V or 115 V on request, it does not require a separate power supply. The microprocessor control board also allows to stop the rotation of the motor when the reel is finished or in the event of a paper break, signaling the anomaly with a sound signal.
